Had a good stay. Decent renovated hotel. Felt more like a long term stay type situation. Overall good experience. Was a bit of a hassle getting in since there was no check in counter afterhours and we had to call a number to check-in.

Better than expected.
I think this is the first time that the room looked better than the photos. The beds the mattress were amazing. The first time in a long time I’ve slept in. very roomie and the door between the bedroom and the living area was definitely a plus. I’m definitely coming back.

Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't have to talk to anybody about checking in or out. They texted me my code for the gate and the room, so i just had let myself in when arriving. I was there for business so i was gone most of the day anyways. Theres a couple good restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was pretty chill

Pleasant stay
Good communication with staff since we checked in after the lobby was closed. The property felt secure and safe, the beds were very comfortable and clean, we knew the rooms had been newly renovated. With two women getting ready the room really could have benefited from a second mirror, or full length mirror somewhere, and some towel hooks in the bathroom would be welcome. The area surrounding the hotel was “ok” but it was quiet which we appreciated. We felt like it was a good value for the money and enjoyed the size of the room, having a full kitchen was nice even though we didn’t use it much. Despite the couple of small negatives we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were huge. Separate bedroom and having a full kitchen that was stocked with the essentials was great. I enjoyed a few rounds of pool in the clubhouse while watching some football. I will definitely be back

Great for families and longer stays
This hotel is a great place to stay with a baby. Our toddler is a handful and having a full kitchen and a living/kitchen area separate from the bedroom and bathroom was so great. My husband and I could enjoy our evenings without feeling like we were going to wake up the baby. Danny, the owner, was so kind and attentive. I will say it’s not anything fancy, clearly an older hotel that has been updated, but it was sparkling clean and the beds were comfy. I’d definitely come back. The location is also ideal, near the zoo and airport and Scottsdale, lots of good food very close by. The gas station next door was also convenient for snacks and little items here and there. Highly recommend.

This place is great. I travel often and have stayed in many hotels/motels and the Tempe Oasis is my new favorite. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the closet is BIG. Everything was clean and well put together. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I loved the keypad locks so I didn't have to worry about a card. Playing pool in the impressive game room was also a highlight.

Slept like a baby in the most comfy bed
Very responsive management. They reached out daily to make sure all was well. Room was very spacious and newly renovated. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. Would be nice to have luggage racks or some kind of bench or chair in the bedroom so clothes don’t need to be on the floor as we had one creepy crawly visitor. Room was quite clean except bathroom floor was a little dusty but maybe that was due to some of the renos? We attempted to use the jacuzzi but water temp was not warm enough for our taste. Overall, good stay! Thank you!

Pros and cons
Once I got settled, it was fine - nicely remodeled property and I liked having a small apartment. However, there is no staff on site after 6pm, which caused a huge problem when I arrived at 9pm and had trouble with the apartment/entry code- leaving me unable to get into a room. As a solo female, I felt pretty uncomfortable that I was left locked out with only a reservation number to call and no local staff. Also, the slider bolt on the inside of the door that allows you to open it only a few inches had been partially removed, so the door didn't feel as secure as I'd like.
