Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Staff were happy to assist with a room change request 2 days into our stay. Gym is large, very well equipped, and staffed by helpful training staff. My wife used the in house salon and was very happy with the results.

Everything was great, from location to service. The only issue was the room (I had issues and they switched me + the AC is weak)

Melek with quest services was amazing! She also provided us with many top notch recommendations in the area. Rooms were clean and nice and location was very convenient, steps away from shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommended this hotel in Bakirköy, Istanbul TR.

Possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A special thanks to Ulaş from the restaurant downstairs, who was always welcoming, smiling and helpful. You almost feel shy because everyone is so kind.

It was a great place to stay in Istanbul. It’s in the middle of a very lively city, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the port of Bakirkoy. The hotel room is very modern and super clean. They have a spa, gym and a haircut salonn. The staff is very friendly. I’ll stay there next time I’m in Istanbul.

Excellent stay overall. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of service exceeded my expectations and made my stay especially enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, though a few modern touches would take the guest experience to the next level. That said, the outstanding service and unbeatable location more than make up for these minor points. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others visiting Istanbul.
