Hotel Park - Sava Hotels & Resorts
"Hotel Park Lake Bled couldn’t have been located any better for convenience and scenery. They had a superb free breakfast with choices for anyone’s taste. We were there during hot weather and A/C kept up, but barely. Beds were firmer than we like. One day we had to call reception because housekeeping shorted us on bath towels. Park’s swimming pool was wonderful with a great view. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was at a premium in the area and it was nice had parking available. Our only problem is Lake Bled is a little over-commercialized, both nights loud booming music could be heard through closed windows. At least it stopped at 11:00 p.m."

"The apartment is in a great location, was clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Our only complaints are the WiFi didn’t work and the shower drain was clogged."
Bled Rose Hotel
"Hotel was in a fab location, close to the lake and right opposite the bus station Perfect! As we travelled there by bus My daughter had her wedding ceremony there and the staff were amazing Our room was smaller than we anticipated but still adequate- very clean and the bed was comfortable Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we put to them Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to returning again at some point in the future"
Rikli Balance Hotel - Sava Hotels & Resorts
"Great location, just have to walk down the steps to the middle of the town. Beds were soft and comfortable. You use your key to get into the pool are which was huge and a big slide for kids. Came in handy in July after hiking!!! Breakfast was a good selection and quality. Would go back!"
Hotel Seven
"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."

"Darling room but small great for a married couple maybe not too great for two single persons sharing Weird food situation They serve breakfast otherwise it’s soup until 6 PM. Not what you call full service Restaurant maybe there’s some lunch. Food is very local if you’re not used to eating heavy Potato laden greasy food it will be difficult. I walked into the little town to eat. But all the personnel, Restaurant hotel everybody was lovely"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Villach
- Book for the cheapest times: Villach is a destination that offers great value for money, particularly for those travelling on a budget. The most affordable time to visit is during March, October, and November, when hotels may drop to lower prices. For a well-rounded experience focused on exploring landmarks, history, and culture—including historical sites, castles, hot springs, mountains, lakes, museums, birdwatching, skiing, spas, and art—a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. This budget-friendly approach allows visitors to experience the charm and heritage of Villach without compromising on quality.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Villach, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals section on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. To enhance your savings, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com, which could keep you informed about flash sales and exclusive last-minute promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re among the first to know if rooms become available or prices drop for your preferred hotels.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find better rates for your stay in a hotel in Villach. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and, at times, greater value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options, assisting you in finding a more favourable deal.
- Consider your location: Opting to stay nearer to major attractions or city centres can offer convenience, yet it often comes with higher expenses. For more budget-friendly options, you might consider hotels located in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to your intended destinations. You could also look into independent hotels located a bit further out, which are usually more likely to be affordable and may provide a more authentic experience.
