Really nice spot not to far from Roma historic center. Easy to access with tramway and taxi. The place is new and very nice.

My stay

The hotel is new which explains why it’s clean service was pretty good the breakfast was ok not excellent, it’s missing places where to eat other than berberé pizzeria . The pool closes too early at 6PM which is a huge downside for us .

Greeting was very friendly, helpful and informative. New building, great design. Room took sometime to warm up even with max temperature settings. Overall, excellent stay!

6/10 Good

The staff at this hotel were incredibly enthusiastic to help, and made our stay feel very welcome. The hotel is in impeccable order as it is new. Massive disappointment that the pool, rooftop bar area and gym do not exist yet because the hotel is not completely finished- this is not mentioned anywhere but is being advertised.

Hotel with potential

We booked this hotel mainly for the gym and swimming pool. The gym is really nice but closed for maintenance for two days (with no prior notification) and the swimming pool was overly crowded (the whole day). The service is new, a lot of inexperienced, unprofessionals staff and always forgetting something when they do the room. We met only one person at the reception who was exceptional, the others were inattentive. Restaurant : food is great but every time we went we had either a bad service or waited a while ( more than 40’) to be served. The hotel is clean, nice and has potential but it s too crowded as you also have a lot of people from the outside coming to work/ meetings with access to facilities.

Did not meet the expected rating at all.

8/10 Very good

Good value.

Check-in was fine. One is apparently supposed to check oneself in, but it seemed no one could do it without assistance, which makes one wonder what the point could be. Room is super-clean, spare. In the little-things-make-a-big-difference department, while there is coffee and tea in the room, there is no cream or sugar or even stirring stick or cup. The swimming pool is only seasonal, and this should probably be made clear in booking app descriptions.

6/10 Good

The hotel was a mixed experience. I originally booked it for the pool, but was told it wouldn’t be available- only for it to reopen two days before our stay, forcing us to buy swimwear in Madrid. Not ideal. We arrived early in the morning and were met by an unfriendly security guard demanding proof of our reservation. After a long flight, this wasn’t the welcome we hoped for. He repeated this behavior later, asking if we had key cards. Check-in via iPad was fast and easy, with helpful staff around. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, but felt more like student housing. The modern building stood out against Rome’s historic surroundings. Being next to the train station, it was loud with the windows open, but quiet when closed. The AC worked well, and while it was a bit of a walk to attractions, public transport was right outside. The on-site restaurant served good pizza, but €50 for lunch for two felt pricey. The pool was nice but shallow and crowded. Drinks were overpriced- €14 for an Aperol Spritz you could get nearby for €5. Room service was the biggest issue: they ignored “Do Not Disturb” signs and came in uninvited, sometimes more than once a day. Overall, it was okay for the price, but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.
Samuel, 6-night trip

2/10 Poor

I was really looking forward to my stay, especially because the hotel advertised a swimming pool, which was a major factor in choosing this property. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the entire duration of my stay, and there was no prior notice or communication about this. It was disappointing, as the pool was a key amenity I expected and planned to use. When I raised the issue, there was little to no acknowledgment or effort to offer compensation. The rest of the stay wasaverage, but the lack of transparency around facilities really affected my experience. Guests should be informed in advance if major amenities are unavailable. I hope the hotel improves communication in the future. Also bear in mind this is more like a campus there are a lot of students that live there. It didn’t bother us but if you are looking to relax you might find it difficult at times due to noise.
Cristiana, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Where to start. “Hotel” is brand new but it just looks good how to say. Room was good but not great (deluxe double room). Very poor isolation between rooms and windows are only doble glazed. So for rooms dividing walls, they are so thin that we could hear first day next room watching tv and listening music on the normal level of noise so that is not great. Windows should be triple glazed just because of the “hotel” setting (between major rail lines and city highways). We did not mind the view of that but noise is an issue. On the positive side there is some great staff in the bar btw excellent coffee and pastries. Hopefully they get some more staff for the bar. Pizza restaurant is great with some great food but is run separately. It is self check in and out so make sure you are prepared for that. If you need a help from the staff it can be difficult to see who is staff and who isn’t. I don’t know what to think about that. To wrap up strange place.

Perfekt boende - en kvart till Termini

Allt var toppen! Trevlig personal och smidig checkin. Lite kall pool men det var skönt när solen sken. Ingen toalett vid poolen och den stängde tidigt men allt annat var toppen.
