When you took a shower it was horrible, the water would come out really cold and a few seconds later really hot without you touching the knob to control it, the description of the loft was wrong, it was described totally different than what I got.

I DONT recommend this apartment to anyone and I don’t usually leave negative reviews. Black mold was everywhere due to no ventilation and the constant dampness in the apartment (it was not humid outside only in the apartment). Our bedclothes and all of our clothes was always damp and our towels was always wet. They didn’t dry up AT ALL. When we showered the entire bathroom floor got filled with water and then the water went down to the bedroom too. They didn't give us any towels to dry the floor with. The bathroom never dried up either. The last days we felt sick inside the apartment due to the no ventilation/dampness/mold. There is NO veranda and NO gym! I booked this apartment specifically because I wanted a veranda and gym but when we got there they told us it is only for the main house. The ad is misleading. I really don’t recommend this place to anyone. Find a better place in the same area because the area is great.

El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado, lindo y limpio. Te brindan información acerca del acceso, lo cuál fue fácil y, lo hicieron con anticipación. El único comentario negativo es que por la regadera no se pudo tener un buen baño, ya que no reguló la temperatura, y, el agua salió muy fría.

Lo único ha destacar de esta propiedad es su cercanía a dos estaciones del metrobus y una del metro (Insurgentes). Al llegar el anfitrión me compartió el proceso para aperturar las puertas y al momento de ingresar el código de la puerta del loft marcaba incorrecto, a pesar de que le repetía al anfitrión (vía mensaje con vídeos) que el código era inválido este me reenviaba las instrucciones como si yo no supiera lo que estoy haciendo, fueron 20 minutos perdidos intentando abrir una puerta, para que al final un simple “lo siento, hoy cambiaron el código y no me avisaron” resolviera esta situación. Al entrar te topas con olor raro (como al drenaje) debido a que cuenta con poca ventilación (se entiende, rentas un loft); sin embargo, ni siquiera el extractor del baño servía. Volviendo al tema del baño, bañarse fue todo un reto, la ducha solo cuenta con un monomando el cual es imposible de ajustar a una temperatura ideal para bañarse, o salía hirviendo o salía helada, no más. De ahí en fuera pocos detalles de mantenimiento. Ojo, si rentas el loft no tienes acceso a lo que muestra en las fotos (la terraza), espero esto venga en algún lado, porque yo no encontré información al respecto.

De las peores experiencias. La suite de a lado es para 14 personas y entran y salen borrachos todo el tiempo. Cómo hacen fiestas la gente se equivoca y trata de entrar a tu habitación y 2 personas lo hicieron (la puerta no cierra bien) y se meten extraños a tu habitación en la madrugada. Insólito lo que viví. Y para rematar el inmueble de a lado (pared con pared) está en construcción y es martillo, taladro, romotor, etc. de 7 am a 11 pm. Insólito y verdaderamente repugnante.

Hospedarse aquí fue cómodo y tranquilo, los espacios son nuevos y diseñados para disfrutarlos en tranquilidad. Las puertas hacen algo de ruido y escuchas los otros cuartos entrar y salir, pero fuera de eso todo esta perfecto.
