I am a second time guest here. Due to health reasons I asked to be moved to a different apartment layout. (Air conditioning) I was told I could not because I already stayed one night there. Zero concern for their guests. The next night I found a roach in my bed. Loud music. (Bar) Thin walls. (Baby crying next door) Hard beds. I will never stay here again.

A mi llegada todo se encontraba muy limpio; sin embargo, durante mi estancia de dos días no realizaron limpieza, ni siquiera vaciaron el bote de basura. Además, la televisión no funcionaba. Me comentaron que faltaba un control y que me lo proporcionarían, pero en los dos días de estancia nunca llegó. El único contacto con la administración fue a través de la trabajadora de limpieza, quien fue muy amable, pero lamentablemente no pudo resolver mi problema. También intenté comunicarme por medio de los teléfonos de la habitación para solicitar apoyo, pero nunca contestaron.

El departamento es muy bonito, con todas las comodidades. Tiene una cama extra grande, sofá. En general es muy acogedora. El único pero es la forma complicada de reservar y hacer el pago. Pero ya resuelto ese paso, la estancia es muy agradable. No solo es económica, sino que también pueden ahorrar en comida. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable.
