Staff were amazing, helpful and very polite. Unfortunately the huge tv in my room was damaged and did not work. It would have been good to know this info in advance because I like relaxing by watching tv in the evening, but I could not do so. Rooms were booked up and i could not get a different room.
Breakfast was to start at 6am, but was not ready until 6:30am. I was pleased with the breakfast options because there was more than just waffles. There was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, (i think thats what it was) hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, porridge, yogurt, cereal, toast, both regular and sugar free jams and syrup, peanut butter, nutella, juices, coffee & tea
I did not use any amenities. The linens and bath towels were new, the room was fresh and well lit. It was small (2 queen beds) with only walking room from the end of the beds to the desk areas and in-between the beds. Not a big deal for me, as I just want to put me feet up and watch tv and then bedtime.
On another note, I was confused because the hotel is changing their brand name, so I thought I was at the wrong hotel.
Overall, I definitely would return again and I feel that the minor problems happened because they were upgrading the hotel.
