Horrible staff. We have called on the way there and asked about the pool and sauna as we were with kids, and if there is a place to purchase swimsuit, we were assured that there is and that the pool and spa is open until 10pm, no restrictions. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool is unrestricted until 7pm and then adults only. Instead of explaining anything we were told that all info is on their website, which we have opened and found that for “Children’s Day weekend” all kids are welcome to use all amenities without any restrictions, which the manager said its not true and that its not on their website as she maintains the website and she knows whats it there. Sauna was out of service due to some “sauna session” and “unrestricted” access wasn’t honored either, with rudeness, saying the info that info is on website. After proving the fact that its on their website site, kids were allowed in the pool. The restaurant onsite sells food that tastes like crap, microwave dishes for the price of chef crafted meals and the wait is forever, not mention the prices that are through the roof. The best part is that there is a lot of employees from Ukraine (nothing against foreigners) but the language barrier plays the factor in some communications, the manager swore that she does not employ any foreigners, and that we have imagined speaking with any. Overall experience of the room was good, but it wasn’t enough to cover for all rudeness and lies from all of the personnel.

Pokoje duże i przestronne, ale brak stolika przy kanapie. Lustro powieszone za łóżkami, aby dojść trzeba uważać na głowę, żeby nie rozbić o telewizor. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, personel miły i kompetentny, wi-fi super. Poza kiepskim wyposażeniem pokoju, pobyt OK.
