Nothing can beat the location of the hotel which is a few minutes by foot to the Duomo. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff, Joy and Mikaela, were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room I stayed in did not have air conditioning but having a fan and opening the window for a one night stay during summer worked for me. The WiFi connection did not work in my room, but it was nice that there was a folding table if you need to work.

The room is clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, location is just couple minutes to the cathedral. Parking is about 8-10 mins walking with up and down hill and we only stayed 1 night, so we decided to leave our luggage on the car and just carry the backpack

Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

Great location on a quiet side street, close to everything. Lobby has limited hours but manager responded quickly. While waiting for lobby to open there's a really good winebar next door!

Magnifique!

Enchantée d'avoir découvert ce petit gîte en plein cœur du vieux Sienne! Petite chambre avec lit simple qui ouvre sur une petite terrasse privée! Salle de bain privée complète avec produits ! Cuisine commune pour les 3 chambres solo du rez-de-chaussée, toute équipée, vraiment pratique pour se faire un café le matin, un p'tit dej ou même un repas ! Pas d'air clim et j'appréhendais un peu mais le système de glace soufflée fonctionne étonnamment bien! Bref, un excellent rapport qualité-prix et dans mon cas, à refaire sans faute ! Merci aussi à la gentille famille des proprios tellement à l' écoute et réactifs à nos besoins! 💝

Joy was exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful! The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a pleasant walk away from all the major attractions, delicious restaurants, and charming shops. Be mindful of your luggage, as the steps are quite steep; we ended up sliding our luggage down the steps.

The managers of the B&B were very personable, and what few needs that we had, both Palo and Joya responded very quickly. Every day someone came in and made my bed, left clean towels, and cleaned up the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything one might need to prepare their own meal. Overall I would recommend it, and on a side note Siena is a fantastic place to visit.
