2/10 Poor

A couple days after my stay I was charged $267.50 for supposedly smoking in my room. Which I never did!! Then they claim to have pictures as evidence, but won't send the pictures to my email. Then it went into there were illegal substance left there. Which there was not. An if there was illegal substance left there, why did they not call the police about the matter. I tried several times to talk to someone at this franchise about the matter, but they are never reachable. I will never stay at another one of there hotels period. I'm now having my bank fight with them over the charge.

Shake it off and check in
Stayed at this hotel last minute coming in for the Eras tour and it was such a nice clean place to call home for 2 nights. Staff was accommodating and welcomed us Swifties with a friendship bracelet banner. Bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the doors don't soft close and I wasn't expecting to wake up the whole floor with the hard close. I took pictures after we had stayed in the room so they don't reflect the room when we walked in the first time. Area has a lot of stores and food options around. The hotel is hidden behind others and didn't have a big sign that we noticed.

8/10 Very good

For the price, it was fine
Brand new hotel so it’s hard to complain much given it was clean and updated. The rooms were very small, without a microwave or any storage/drawers. No room to put a suitcase or open it up. You have to ask the front desk for an iron. The water takes forever to get hot in the shower and ours somehow leaked everywhere. There are no “big lights” except for in the hall area so you have to use all the lamps. Just character flaws that have everything to do with how the hotel was built but not necessarily our stay. The idea is that it’s cheap, clean, and efficient. It met 2/3 of those (efficiency was lacking). Milk was frozen, pancake machine was not working, eggs were weirdly textured for breakfast. Customer service was a little lacking up front. All in all, it was fine if you can deal with the minor details.

Not sure what you want me to say. I booked through Expedia…drove allllll the way across two states, just for the hotel to not be open. So that’s it, that’s the rating. But Expedia did great trying to make accommodations for the inconvenience! Kudos Expedia, Kudos!
