"We had a fantastic stay at Gaivota Guest house! It is conveniently located off the main road with plenty of free parking available at the front of the building. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and featured many of the local flavours and specialities. Our room was very clean, although sometimes smelled a bit too “perfumey” after cleaning. The only negative thing I have to say is our room was not stocked with hair conditioner. When we asked the staff at the front desk, we were told they were all out. Overall a great experience and value and I would definitely recommend this stay!"

"It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments."
