"Excellent location, close to the ferry without being in a tourist spot. Lots of local bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable; however, the bathroom was frustratingly small, even by European standards. It lacks any space for toiletries, and the showers are phone-booth-sized. If you're a larger person, you will struggle—I'm 6 feet and thin, and didn't have much room to maneuver! The breakfast was good, with lots of variety, but it does get very busy at times. Overall, very good value."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Malta and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!"

"3 nights stay here first trip to Malta. Adagio Aparthotel was well appointed, very spacious and clean (true to photos). I found location was well connected for using public transit. From here, I explored Sliema, Valetta, 3 cities, Rabat, Mdina, Marsaxlokk and Marsaskala. My schedule didnt allow for pool use, but I did see a few people just relaxing on the chaises and enjoying the rooftop space. My only caveat was the construction noises from adjacent building. My unit was in direct line with their crane hoist. I would have appreciated being given advance notice of their working hours. Special thanks to Bindhu. The entire team was friendly and accommodating."
