We wish to formally submit a complaint and request a full refund for our recent booking due to false advertising, legal non-compliance, and unacceptable treatment by third-party managers.
False advertising: The listing did not show that the master bedroom lacks a window and that the bathroom has neither a window nor proper ventilation—both essential features missing but not disclosed in the photos or description.
Illegal rental: Under Italian law (Ministerial Decree of 5 July 1975), bedrooms must have a window for natural light and ventilation, and bathrooms must have either a window or mechanical ventilation. This property does not meet these legal requirements and should not be listed as a rental.
Unclear and aggressive communication: Though our booking was with you, we were contacted by at least three other organizations, who never acknowledged their errors but instead attempted to charge us more money without justification.
Unwarranted and harassing demands: These parties persistently emailed us (7 emails from 4 people in 4 days) requesting extra payments, including for a dog fee, even thes listing clearly states that the property is pet-friendly with no extra fees.
Given these serious issues, we ask to issue a full refund and investigate the conduct of these partners.
