Hotel Penzance Promenade
"3/5 – Decent stay, but tight on space Overall an okay experience. The room was quite small for two people on a week-long trip — storage was limited and we genuinely struggled to find space to open and access our suitcases properly. It's also not a modern hotel, though that's probably fairly typical for the area. There's also no lift, which made carrying heavy luggage up to the room a real struggle. The hotel is right next to a main road, so it was noisy even with the windows closed. On the plus side, the staff were helpful throughout, and the chef was friendly and made a nice impression. The location is a real strength — easy access to both bus and train, so getting around Penzance and beyond was convenient. Given the price we paid, though, it didn't quite feel like it matched the value — for the cost, I'd have expected a bit more in terms of room size and amenities."
The Smugglers
"Very clean room and very helpful and polite staff. Thank you so much"
Old Success Inn
"All of the above was excellent have no complaints. Lots of of nice touches, bag of beach towels provided, drinks and snacks we had an enjoyable stay"

- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a more favourable rate for your stay in a Penzance hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. - Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive. However, with Penzance's superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located a bit further out that remains well-connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even some lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found.
