Please Avoid

Awful experience. My daughter & her partner booked this hotel for a 4 night stay but were unable to gain access due to a broken door lock. After spending many hours waiting for a locksmith & being informed by a resident in another building that they were the third couple to have this issue they were forced to give up & go elsewhere. The property have not contacted me to discus as promised nor refunded us.
