This place was paradise. We were sad to leave. I never got tired of the views, there’s a trail to an even better view directly from the property, there was food and drinks available at all times. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was really helpful with booking tours and getting us transportation to town.

Wow, this place was breath taking and on top of that it had such a friendly staff. This was just right outside of town and pretty easy to get a tuk tuk there and back from town. The bartender Luis took amazing care of us from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Our Spanish is pretty broken but the staff as a whole was always patient and understanding with us, which meant the world to us. The pool and hot tub area is the best we’ve ever seen, you truly feel like you’re on a resort. We highly recommend staying here it was perfect for our honeymoon trip and one of our favorite parts about visiting Colombia!

Absolutely a terrible experience. We had paid $200 for our room, they gave us the most compact room sitting on top of the kitchen. After $80, we got an upgrade. No warm water, the remote control had no batteries, we couldn't watch a movie, no phone in the room, raining outside, we couldn't place an order for room service. No customer service whatsoever. The decor was tacky, having a land full of beautiful plants, having plastic plants all over was an eye sore. Will not come back.

El servicio fue excelente y más alla, lo hico posible Luis mecero, Camila picina y sobre todo Don César jardinero con su amable trato, y su conocimiento en cultura, jardinera y el buen gusto de todos las flores lo cual es una de mis pasiones. Cesar nos prendió la fogata a pesar de la lluvia. Volvería mil veces más. Espero regresar con mi familia la próxima vez.
