The hotel was great! Each room had a kitchenette, which was ideal for long term stays. We did not require room service during our stay, however the cleaning staff always ensured we had enough towels and bathroom supplies as well as emptied out garbage! She was very friendly. There is Provigo (Loblaws) mins away where you can get all your groceries, and alcoholic beverages. And there was several Metro stations close by to get around the city. I would definitely stay again, when we come back to Montreal.

Travelled to Montreal to take in a musical at Place des Artes with our teenage granddaughters. Location was excellent. Check-in was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the privacy the second room gave the teens. The view from the public terrace was lovely, and it was a great space to relax. The breakfast was basic but good, although the breakfast room was very busy and the food stations could have been laid out a little better to help with flow. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall good for the value. Staff is very friendly and kind. few tips: - elevators can get really crowded at high demand times in the morning and checking in at 4pm. Take the stairs if you are staying in the lower floors. - Parking: if you are parking at the Delta, make sure you check the expiration of your pass. You have to insert and wait for your parking ticket to be returned to keep in and out privileges.

Nice old style hotel within a 25 min walk of the Old Port of Montreal. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and even go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. Rooms comfortable but perhaps need a bit of modernising in some areas. The pool is nice but is nothing more than that. It’s only a pool with not too much space at the top of the hotel. The breakfast is solid, easy continental style but is busy with guests as is in small space
