Hei,
Vi hadde et opphold på tre dager, men vi er ikke fornøyd med noe som helst. Personalet var veldig ubehagelige. Rommene var ikke ryddige, og vi hørte støy fra andre rom. Hotellets tilstand var generelt dårlig. Vi fikk ikke lov til å kjøre bilen til inngangen av hotellet for å hente bagasjen vår og måtte gå 200 meter fra bilen ved gateparkeringen. Derimot fikk taxier kjøre inn, noe som er veldig merkelig.
Vi kommer aldri til å dra tilbake til dette hotellet igjen.

Cercando la struttura, che mi indicava come disponibile, e a seguito di chiamata che mi confermava la disponibilità indicata, ci siamo recati all’alloggio per soggiornare ma ci ha mandati via, liquidandoci con una mail inviata poco prima del nostro arrivo in struttura, (motivo: non c’era disponibilità)

Prenotazione annullata senza avviso.
Al mio arrivo mi era stato detto che la mia prenotazione era stata annullata in quanto l'albergo non riusciva ad effettuare l'addebito con la carta di credito - il tutto senza nemmeno contattarmi (avevano il mio numero di cellulare ed e-mail) per avvisarmi del problema, al quale si sarebbe potuto ovviare fornendo un'altra carta di credito. In ogni caso sul posto sono stati proattivi nel trovare una soluzione e nel proporre una camera alternativa. Pulizia e arredo generale delle camere buono.

Perplesso.
Ho pernottato solo una notte, all’arrivo, solo dopo aver pagato in anticipo ho scoperto che la camera aveva il bagno nel corridoio, la camera non era pronta, me ne è stata offerta un’altra con bagno, ho accettato ma ho dovuto versare altri 20 euro di supplemento; dopo aver depositato i bagagli in camera altra sorpresa: all’aperture della finestra ho scoperto che la stessa era sigillata con un foglio di plexiglass. Per avere l’aria condizionata era previsto un ulteriore supplemento (che dopo le rimostranze non mi è stato addebitato) ma comunque il controllo della stessa era in mano al portiere.
Ho lasciato la camera alle 6,30 del mattino senza poter usufruire della colazione.

Wszystko ok tylko myślałem że łazienka będzie w pokoju. A okazało się, że w pokoju znajduje się przysznic i umywalka w jednym pokoju. Toaleta natomiast ogólnodostępna a kilkanaście pokoi.

I like that the hotel is near the bus station and pretty close to the Duomo.
I did not like that the hotel and the site does not specify all the taxes from the bigining. The clients will pay extra fees for the towels and sheets and city taxes, so expect to pay 20 euro or so/ person, for 3 nights. Is not very much 20 euro but you don't want to pay more then you expected...
