Disappointing at the best
I will try to be as fair as I can so please read carefully. The property is nice. A flat with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher but not an oven 🙄. Also available a hair dryer and an iron. A shower cabin with shower gel and shampoo. Quite clean and close to amenities and public transportation. Although, as I have said many times, hospitality businesses it is not just a nice room. No staff available, noise after midnight from other residents, they request a deposit which I wasn't aware or willing to pay whatsoever, but I blame mostly the app for that as it should be somehow clear so to avoid it. My previous experience (just once) was really bad as I was trying to get my money back for weeks. Communication is bad at least and I had to visit their office, when they reassured me that I would have my money back a couple hours after check out which off course didn't happen and I will take action with my bank when I get back or even to ask for legal advice. Needless to say that there is not any chance to book again with them or with anyone who requires a deposit. I would rather to pay a bit more and to stay in a real hotel with real professionals who know how to treat their guests. I won't upload any photos or videos as I might need to use them as evidence.
