A lovely spot to stay in Burgundy
We checked into this hotel in the afternoon. It was surrounded by vineyards. Beautiful stone building. The room we had was very large with several rooms. It had the very fancy toilet and a beautiful large bathroom and a tub. Separate sitting area and bedroom. it was a really great spot. The $18 breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely night.

A Special Evening at Castel de Très Girard
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night in this chic and comfortable hotel. It is small, intimate and so stylish. The view across the vineyards was spectacular. Definitely enjoyed our evening meal with attentive staff and exquisite food!

It’s a nice location with great vibes.
But, hotel lost my clothes sent to the laundry and their attitude handling is horrible. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly…
Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back…

Great staff, amazing location
The location is amazing! We also had dinner there as well as breakfast and both were excellent with a love for local products. But what really made it outstanding was the staff. Excellent service at the reception and at the restaurant. We wished we had stayed more!

Beautiful position
I arrived a bit early but they tried to get me into my room asap, and offered to sit me by the pool. I didn't mind as the village and surrounding area are beautiful for a stroll. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. I didn't eat at the restaurant. The garden is a pleasant place to sit. Overall a good small hotel, with ambitions; it's not cheap. I will return to eat there.

One person can spoil the good of others
The WIFI is terrible but what was totally unacceptable was the rough and unpleasant attitude of the lady at the reception when we were checking out. She was singularly responsible for spooling an otherwise nice stay. That said there is a young man who is responsible for wine. He was good and we even say the owner checking to see all was good

As the pictures show, it is an old building in a beautiful setting. The interiors have been renovated and are very modern providing a great contrast to the thick wood beams. Pleasant staff, good food in the restaurant which has a gorgeous patio.

Nice idea, shame about the service
Nice hotel with lots of pretentious atmosphere. Nice layout and nice expensive room....and, restaurant service really not good at all, we waited over an hour between our starter and main. Food was nice though. Worth £300? absolutely not, worth £150 - definitely. Would go again at the right price.

Beautiful stay in Burgundy
Beautiful property surrounded by vineyards. Service was great. The restaurant was delicious. My husband said the boeuf bourguignon was the best he's ever had.

Great location for vineyard touring
A lovely old hotel with cozy feel but modern amenities and a nice restaurant. It is very comfortable and very quiet. The location is terrific if touring Cote de Nuits vineyards since it is halfway between Beaune and Dijon. It's in a very small quiet village but just off the main road. There is a swimming pool and lovely outdoor patio and bar.
