Our waiter at Torro Resturant, Jean Carlos and Smerlxn, we such a delight. They were friendly, helpful and had us laughing the entire time. Definitely the best dining experience for our entire trip. The other restaurants made our dinner felt rushed. The rooms were cleans and comfortable though the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The pools (adults and kids) were spacious, clean and accessible. The staff at the check-in and check-out desks were also very helpful. The concierge were extremely helpful and always willing to assist.

My boyfreind and I stayed for a week in May, it was so beautiful the casino is fun, the drinks were good, the in room dining food was ehhh but in room breakfast was fine the buffet was good, loved the fresh fruit the restaurants were really good we especially liked the hibachi, the pools and beach were all clean. The staff and bartenders/servers were very nice. Sadly the tub on the balcony didn’t really work but that didn’t ruin the experience. Would go back one day! Would recommend the street tacos by the Mexican restaurant that are at the pop ups at night they were amazing!

The one thing I did not like is that the pools were only open from 10 AM to 6 PM and there were not a lot of evening activities for kids like I would’ve expected being a kid friendly resort. This is a Dominican Republic Hotel without dominican music, food, the ac work only during the days, at night feel hot like i never seen before in any hotel that i went in DR. I don't recomended for latin people, also the food is just elemental, The hotel is over valuated the price is hight compared with the offer. Is the only hotel with no pool table inside.

Service was so bad. We had to clean the bathroom every day. Very rude staff. Kids club staff were amazing. Kept calling the service desk no answers, what a shame , even to ask for water was not delivered only couple times. I spent $6000.00 and look what kind of service I got. I will proceed with issues with upper management or corporate management regarding this stay . Very bad experience I will not visit again.
