Property is well situated for walking to the Vatican and all other central city sites. Plenty of eateries, the further from tourist areas the cheaper. Bathroom clean, be ready for noises inherent in older buildings including neighbors up a little later talking. One of the lessons we learned is to contact the property ASAP and place a specific request for twin beds. The Hotel was able to accommodate with winter covering I used to make a twin bed as I was traveling with an adult child.

Great location, great price, great rooms and great staff. Hotel Adriatic was a great choice for a property in Rome. Close to the major attractions and outside the old city center. Lots of nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff, especially Sabrina, were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I would have give 5 stars, because it is clean and close to St. Peter square, but the room doesn’t have air conditioning. Also, the bathroom was private but on the hallway, so you need to exit the room in order to go to the bathroom.

This was a perfect location for our first visit to Rome. Easily connected to bus routes and plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Only problem was air conditioning was not included in our cost and we would have been charges extra to use it. This was extremely uncomfortable during our visit in June with temperatures over 90 degrees. Otherwise, it was a PERFECT place to stay.

The room was extremely clean and had a bar fridge which was nice for storing beverages and perishable snacks. Conveniently located in the heart of Venice. No elevator, but hotel operator helped us transfer our luggage to our room and also stored our luggage on our last day after check-out so we could do more sightseeing before we left.

The staff were great! The hotel has half floors which the elevator doesn’t stop at so be prepared to carry heavy suitcases . We had some sickness and had to extend our stay; the same room increased dramatically in price because the hotel was sold out .
