A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. In a great location, especially for first-time visitors like us who wanted to be close to main tourist attractions. It’s also in between two Subway stations, about a 10 minute walk to each. We stayed in the suite, which was beautiful and we also enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel rooms were very large and nice. There was a great view of the city from the room. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and from the Trevi fountain. The location was great. The staff was helpful and held our bags and then delivered them to our rooms. We only stayed a short time, but it was incredibly convenient. One of our rooms had excellent air conditioning but the second struggled to keep up with the heat. The elevator to the reception area can be tricky, but the staff is very helpful to make it work correctly. Overall a great place.

Warning if you’re traveling during the summer: The air conditioning in the guest rooms struggles to keep up with the heat. During my stay in July, my first room (206) was extremely hot, so I was moved to room 203, which was only slightly better. I also spoke with several other guests, and they all mentioned their rooms were uncomfortably warm, even with the air conditioning running. The breakfast was decent for a three-star hotel. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom electrical outlet only worked if you held the plug in place, which was frustrating. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location, which is hard to beat.
