The hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean and modern. Staff was excellent. But Hotel.com did not follow through with the reservation as I had booked and when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation, I was fortunate that they still had an available room.

I've been staying w/ this brand for many years. This was the worst. I arrived early w/ the hope that I could get a room closer to the entrance/elevator to move some expensive equipment into the room. The clerk (not ONE smile) put me in 330. 3rd floor. At the farthest point away from the elevator. I checked with the morning clerk and he told me they had 30 unfilled rooms that night. The breakfast was mediocre. The 75.00 pet fee is a gouge (make it a deposit???) Never again and you need to teach that clerk some manners.

This was a great place to stop and unwind after a long drive. Rooms were spacious for our family of 5 and the Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and even called to make sure everything was okay with our room.
