The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. Its close to the subway, but about a 20 minute walk from the old town touristy areas. We were fine with that, but just FYI. We had some issues finding places to eat nearby - there are some cafes and restaurants, but many were closed when we were there.

Easy access to Metro. Staff knowledgeable about tours, such as port cruise up tne Douro for wine tasting, will book it for you. Good Wifi.

when I got there room was smell then I got a new room - thank you for good service normal breakfast - bread ham cheese coffee tea resonable price far from center but ok walk to metro station about 10 min.

Good hotell and helpfull straff. 15-20min walk to City center. Shower head not possible to stay in position. Breakfast simple but ok.
