We only stayed here one night and the room itself has high ceilings and is beautiful and in a great part of town, but VERY loud. You could hear everything from the street including trash pickup at 3 am - it was almost like camping. Additionally, the TV was old and unfortunately didn’t work. That being said, they do give you a free bottle of champagne upon arrival and the front desk team are very friendly and helpful.

It is not your typical Rome city center hotel. It is located across the river. The neighborhood is a little scratchy, e.g a homeless person sleeping in a tent on the street by the hotel front door. Lots of graffiti on the walls in the neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms are small dark and musky. On the bright side the staff is helping and responsive. You can still find good restaurants in walking distance.

We only stayed one night in Rome so therefore only one night in the hotel. This hotel was walking distance to some very nice restaurants in the lively neighborhood of Trastevere. It was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The hotel room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. I was not a fan of the key less entry because I had to log in to my email to use it every time. Otherwise, everything was fine.
