The apartment was not very clean: the shower area had mold and dirt in the tile and floor joints and around the shower valve. There was dust in the coffee machine. Very thin pillows. The apartment smelled of mold. The bed linen and blanket were clean and smelled nice. New and modern furniture.

The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building.

Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay.

Fim de semana em SP
Gostaria de destacar somente o excelente atendimento da 360 VN, plataforma de locação do quarto. Tivemos problemas com o quarto e o Hoteis.com não foi eficiente em nos ajudar nem sequer nos informou quem procurar, mas conseguimos contato com a 360 VN depois de muita discussão na recepção. No mais, prédio bem localizado e seguro. Quarto não é muito confortável, nem cama nem travesseiros.

O apartamento é ideal para quem fica poucos dias somente. A cozinha não é equipada. Não tem filtro, pano de prato, escorredor, rodo, tampouco vassoura ou outros utensílios de limpeza. Dificulta pois não está inclusa a limpeza. Percebi também que o box e a pia da cozinha estavam vazando. Para dormir e por poucos dias é suficiente. A localização é bem boa.
