The reception team staff are excellent. They problem solved to extend my stay twice. The second time they recognized my lack of safety at another hotel, Citybox Oslo hotel where My coat was taken as I was in the process of registering and supportive of assuring that this was a wise decision to return to their establishment to secure my luggage and provided a delux room before check in time. The restaurant’s breakfast service and food choice was superior to other Oslo hotels.

The final time was a result of my Citybox Oslo hotel check-in experience, where my belongings- two jackets were taken at check-in by a fellow guest, as it was on camera. proven. The staff were responsive to my immediate need for a hotel room on my last day in Oslo. They reassured me they could accommodate me, though they were at capacity. At once, I felt safe and secure.

Small room however very clean and sufficient for my needs - stayed 2 nights. Situated in a great central area convenient for everything. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice of both hot and cold foods - probably the best buffet I have ever had. Staff were great being both friendly and polite especially Jon Paul. Definitely my go to hotel in Oslo which I would not hestitate in recommending to others.

This was a really lovely hotel. The location was perfect to the metro and to the waterfront. I was on an inside room and I loved how quiet it was. Downside was that I didn’t have a view BUT it was so quiet I was able to sleep with my window open! The breakfast offered a lot of options and you have to try the brown cheese! The front desk staff were incredible, especially the wonderful Jean Paul. He helped me plan my days and was honest about what I should and shouldn’t spend my time doing. He made my time in Oslo memorable and I’ll definitely stay here again!
