Great location, walking distance to everything in the city. The tram and bus stops are literally one street away, so super convenient. Can take a direct train from the airport to the hotel and change over in tram/bus. Breakfast is excellent! great options, the quinoa salad was amazing! Lots of variety to choose from. everything is replinished, so nothing runs out. Rooms are a bit cozy but alright. We had a room with the large balcony- need to climb up couple of steps to get into it! They are a bit dated but its exactly what you see on the website, so no surprises. The staff are helpful and polite. We had messaged earlier to say we would be arriving early and inquired if we could leave our luggage. They actually had our room ready! Definitely recommend if you want to do a lot of sightseeing and want good breakfast options, totally worth the money.

They kindly let us check in early which was much appreciated. The breakfast is good. The low stars for the property condition are because we had some issues with the room locks. On one occasion we could not get out of the room which was quite disturbing.

Cheap option - great location

Cheap option but don’t expect much. The hotel it’s literally looking like from the first millenium: old, run down. It’s okay for the price and location but I think the photos show the place much better than it actually is. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was worth it. I would totally recommended if you’re traveling on a budget and dont care much about how the place looks like. The terrace was nice but with -16 C weather wasn’t really enjoyable to spend time on it.

Location is perfect. Very central. Dining area was fairly okay and the same with the breakfast buffet. The big downside is the overall experience of the hotel. The surfaces are quite worn done and it would be a good idea to plan for a refurbishment of the rooms and public spaces. It dose not feel clean at all.

Hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk most places. Hotel is tired, in need of some TLC to fix some of the bumps, dents and chips in the paintwork and walls. The bed was comfortable and having windows that open is always a bonus. The carpets of the corridors and stairs were not clean and did not appear to have been vacuumed in the time we were there. Breakfast served a good selection, but much of the food designated as hot was in fact tepid or cold.

A little confused by the hotel profile photo as it's a picture of the aker brygen museum at sunset not of the hotel. Booked a queen loft room but it was too small, had no wardrobe and no kettle.asked to move to a double room and it was sorted straight away no problem by kind helpful receptionist and was a much better room. Be mindful Rooms are warm and no air con so had to open window. Breakfast was nice lots of choice, gets busy at peak times. Shop across the road, public transport close and metro station next block. Would love to stay again at millennium if visiting Oslo
