Staff is friendly & helpful, location was great walking distance to many shopping area, Myeongdong and Seoul tower, Namdaemun market just opposite hotel. The room is clean and small, washing machine was inside the room, but shower room was open so make the whole toilet very wet when shower, hotel didn't provide the tooth brush.. airport express bus jus in front hotel Overalll happy with the stay

The Classic Hotel is clean, bed is confortable, lot of eateries around and the night market is at walking distance. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There is a washing machine and steam dryer in room which is a plus. But need to put more hooks in the bathroom as can only hang one towel. Will come back again.

The hotel is well located with dining, shopping and transportation options near by. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, others clueless. I witness one woman at reception tell a harried family who asked which bus to take to the airport, that all buses go to the airport. That is not true and may have caused this family a lot of time and trouble. The thing I found most disappointing was that while the pictures suggest the room has a kitchenette, it does not. There is a refrigerator and kettle and nothing more. There is space for a kitchenette, but oddly, all the cupboards that you see are sealed shut. This is a very poor use of the space especially for a long stay. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Functional
We arrived Seoul around midnight. Checked in the hotel around 2:30am. The first thing that came in my head as I stepped in the room was stepping in an office perhaps because of the layout. The room had a balcony, good amount of space. It was eqipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a stove. Good wardrobe space. Everything in the room felt new. It was clean. The only thing, the whole floor of bathroom gets wet when you shower. It’s a good functional hotel but perhaps it lacks personality.
