Concierge lost my luggage, made me lose my flight
I arrived with my wife and toddler son after 12 hours journey to check-in to our booked Partial Sea View Room, the receptionist said our booking was upgraded to a junior suite but it is located outside the main building
We thanked him and walked out to the suite which surprised us that it consists of 3 scales floor, connected to each other with 2 stairs, each one with 3 high-stoned steps which is really dangerous for our baby who is already mentioned within our booking with his age
I called the reception and informed them of this and told that we really thank them again but we want to downgrade our booking to our pre-booked reservation, they said that they can not, and they upgraded our booking because they gave our room to someone else and this is what they have now and we have to stay at the suite!
Few minutes later we found that the bed is broken, the staff said even if it is broken, we have to stay at the same suite until tomorrow at least because they don’t have any other option
After a long discussion they found another one just few meters away! I insisted that it is still dangerous for my kid but the receptionist was rude enough to say this what we have, you can do whatever you want to!
After talking to the management, we were moved to our booked room the next day.
A room with two walls of hardened-glass pieces which transfers all the corridor light inside the room, requesting them to do something for 3 times, they covered it after I wrote it on a google review!
