8/10 Very good

Good location - 3 mins walk to hotel from tram stop and 10 mins walk to centre.. Superior room with king size bed worth the extra. Breakfast was good with hot and cold offerings. Nice restaurants nearby.

8/10 Very good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and they assisted with making dinner reservations. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close enough to walk everywhere but not in the middle of a busy tourist area. Would stay here again. The lounge and bartender was great and it was nice to sit and have a beverage to wind down in the evening either before or after dinner.

The hotell is nice, a bit away from downtown, but easy accessible by tram. Nothing excites close to the hotel, but big nice room and the breakfast is good. Good garage for our car. I’ll be back to this one.

Cannot say enough about the tremendous staff at this property. They were so accommodating in every way! The rooms and bathroom are a good size and the hotel lobby is excellent for breakfast or a drink.

We enjoyed our stay. Smooth check in. Easy parking. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Just a few minutes walk from all of the area highlights. Wish the room TVs were set up to steam and/or cast. The viewing options are limited. Also would have appreciated a working refrigerator in the room. Apparently none of these refillable are working in the hotel. We enjoyed the staff and the location.

Breakfast good. Located in just an ok neighborhood with not much around it. Bar opens at 6:30 with minimal menu. Room was small and sink was very slow. Did have instant coffee and tea in room with small refrigerator. Hairdryer.

10/10 Exceptional

We booked a king size room and it was spacious, comfortable and clean (complimentary robes and slippers). Check-in was quick and staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel reception modern. Tram stop 3 minutes from the hotel to bordeaux centre. We also did a 20 minute walk to place de la bourse and it was an easy walkto other sites.
