This is a 3 star hotel, rooms and bathrooms should be renovated but most importantly the property should have a back up plan for energy cuts. we had a terrible night with no AC due to electricity problems and the property has no back up plan for such an emergency. On the positive side, breakfast is good and the access to the beach is a plus versus other hotels in the area.

We had an amazing stay! Clean room, yummy restaurant, lovely beach accessible, cool pool, stunning views, crazy monkeys for entertainment, and market available with snacks and essentials. We arrived to a gift of wine in our room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. With the gated entrance, we felt very safe, but the whole area seemed safe and walkable (if you can do those steep inclines!). We’d love to stay again!

We loved this place! Very charming and beautiful, highly recommend for families but not necessarily for couples or friends. Only things missing from the hotel: a gym and a bit more of a daytime vibe/activities (Yoga, workout classes, etc) and maybe some entertainment. The venue closed down very early every night, so perfect for those looking for a quieter experience. Although the location is incredible and full in nature: we had monkeys visit us everyday! :)

Our room was really comfortable. It was so clean, too. We chose a garden view so we could see wildlife, and we were not disappointed. Every morning we had capuchin and howler monkeys. I saw and heard macaws as they flew by, and the path to the beach was just a few steps from our room.
