We had a lovely stay here. Having the pool area was a real bonus for us particularly at the end of a long day siteseeing. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Tube station right next door made it easy to get to all the local attractions and we even walked in the scorching summer heat one day into the centre. Takes around 45 minutes to walk but you get to see some lovely sites of Milan

My work trip felt like a holiday due to selecting this hotel. The location, bedding quality, quiet room, and lovely pool area was the perfect respit after long days visiting customers. Highly recommend.

6/10 Good

Had a very nice stay, everything was fine. Nice breakfast, Nice pool area. Staff was very kind. Only complaint was I contacted the hotel through hotel.com to get a price on the airport transfer the hotel offers, but even provided with all required information and I several times asked for an answer, I didn’t get any, so I decided for another solution.

8/10 Very good

Close to the train central station, great staff with also a bar and a pool. The only thing is the ac didn’t do the job. I know there’s a heat wave but this was my 6th hotel in the heat wave, all the other hotels had an ac that was more than optimal. Other than that everything was great, I recommend

The room we eventually got was really nice and spacious . Everything you would need was supplied. Some of the staff were warm and friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice with a nice staffed bar . It’s really central with the metro outside hotel to take you a few stops into Milan. The breakfast was buffet which was adequate with staff ready to take orders for coffee and clear tables. The sauna and steam were quite small and not really encouraged by reception . A visable concierge would be helpful for tourist to navigate the hotel and Milan . Overall a very nice hotel I would stay there again .
