Checked in after a long 16 hour drive looking for a good nights rest , I woke up to something in the bed it was a mouse , I heard 2 in the room. One ran right over me in bed and the other sounded like it was in the bathroom soooo gross I asked to move rooms so gross

Older hotel!
They didn’t have record of my reservation at front entrance so I had to find my booking in order to get in the parking lot. I Waited 45 minutes to get checked in. Four persons behind the desk and it appeared that only one was actually checking people in. Had traveled all day and wanted a hot shower. No hot water and drains barely worked. Was probably a first class hotel in its day but is now in need of a major renovation. Beautiful setting and the adjacent village of Nopolo is lovely. Many good restaurants so venture outside for better eating choices.

I asked for a certain room and the were extremely appeasing to make sure i was close to the one i ask for. The room they gave me was in an awesome location but did not have internet. With friends traveling to see me, bank problems and buisness the internet problem was a difficult isuue because i had to leave my room and walk to a courtyard to use it but the room was in an awesome location. I will ask for it again but they need to fix the internet. The staff was awesome. All the same faces i see each year

We purchased a suite with a Jacuzzi and a large secondary bedroom as soon as we walked in it was mice in the room.
