Good, comfortable stay. Not the biggest rooms by American standards, but comfortable enough to spend a some nights in Milan

Very nice staff, nice room and very good breakfast
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Staff was very nice. Very small rooms though and not very close to downtown so getting around required busses and trains or very expensive taxis. The rooms were very clean and they have a bar which open in the evenings.

Clean and convenient location.

6/10 Good

Staff is very friendly and try their best. The rooms are decent size and have a fridge. Downside, the AC is mediocre and am glad we brought personal fans. The beds, linen and towels were clean, even though the floor wasn't. A plus, parking in the premises and walking distance from bus stops.

Location was good for our trip

This hotel was not 4 star level, room was too small and not well maintained. The bedsheets had stains on them when we checked in. we had to ask the staff to give us clean sheets. We also found some mosquitos in the room. The AC took so long to cool down the room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly helped with booking taxi's.

Hotel ok bit far out but near bus stop for direct route into town. Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly

Easy access to public buses with short ride to metro. Many restaurants nearby. Good starting spot for city exploration.

Room clean and staff friendly and helpful Main drawback is distance from central station, 25 min walk plus 15 mins to metro. Bus nearby and some restaurants

Nice hotel for the price! Good value for money!

Hotel was very good and room was clean as well as the bathroom. Toiletries and clean towels were provided and replaced daily. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good too, near to Central Station.

I am surprised this hotel only got 7.0 score. They are actually a very modern kind of hotel. The rooms are clean, they have an elevator, walking distance to the bus stop. They have a very good breakfast buffet,I love the chocolate croissant.

Overall was clean, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Only carpets in the room need to change, and soon a partial renovation.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. But I found it very far from metro stations. The public transportation very limited. Fortunately I like to walk.

Only had one very small issue in one of our rooms and the staff was quick to fix above what we had asked for. Overall it is a very good hotel. Just a bit out of the way.

Good value

Very good breakfast. Good value with supermarket nearby. A bit of a walk from station and metro.

4/10 Fair

This place ruined the “stay” portion of Milan for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, period. I was scalded trying to turn on the shower, it was not easy and when I finally got it to an over hot but liveable temp, it surged hotter every 30 seconds. The bar fridge was off, worked only with the room key. Not good for a fridge. The “bistro” served only previously frozen food and we were so tired we tried it anyway, resulting in my husband paying 15 euro for a frozen pizza that was cold. Sent it back and we walked out. Never ever again

Booked a room last minute. It was very clean all around. Service at the front desk was perfect. Nice breakfast offered, as well. Two thumbs up!
