The rooms were nice. Nothing too fancy. The staff cleaned our room daily. The food was mediocre, again nothing crazy that stuck out. Resort also had very few options to choose from when it came to dining. Prior to going we did our research and thought more would be available to us but it truly is just the deck restaurant. There was a handful of nice staff but then other than that we felt we were being a hassle when asking for things- more than not the staff was not friendly. The water and sand were absolutely breath taking. It was a once in a lifetime trip; I would not go back. Mind you, it is soooooo expensive.

The beach at the resort is incredible. The staff members are top notch. The reserved dining experiences had fantastic sushi, steak and fish. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It is kid friendly and you can buy excursions after arrival to the hotel. Someone in my party had a medical emergency and the hotel handled it beautifully.

My family and I had a good long weekend at the Alexandra Resort. The food was delicious, but wished more of the restaurants were open or there was more variety. Most of the staff was very friendly, however, during some meals it took a bit of time before we were asked about drinks or receiving our drinks. The resort itself was clean and the rooms were nice and modern. Worth the time and money staying here. Would definitely come back Again.

Need to buff up fitness center. Need to allow bike use 24/7. Drinks that I got were not done right like frozen Marguerita and strawberry daiquiri. Service in restaurants is marginal at best. Once they serve you food, never check on you again.

We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

This resort is so beautiful and brought so much peace to us. The beach is immaculate and the staff made us feel extremely welcomed! Every area of the property is so well kept and the views from every corner, simply to die for. Our favorite day was a private dinner by the Fish Deck restaurant. The staff at the resort is absolutely incredible. Each one of them including the room service staff always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for all the fun activities that you provided to keep us entertained. We were waited in hand and foot, we were spoiled. Thank you again for an amazing time

Not luxury but definitely a nice time. Beautiful beach, great pool, and excellent staff. Not all the restaurants were up and running, music/entertainment ends at 10pm, and the fire pits were never lit…were some of the downsides. The staff makes up for anything lacking. Catch sunset on the beach!

The beach is lovely and the water crystal clear.I loved that the 2 room suite had a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms. It was very clean and the fridge got restocked with sodas, water and beer every day. The food was great at the restaurants and the staff friendly. Shut out to Sudion and Edmund for being awesome. We really did enjoy our trip. I will definitely go back.

The Alexandra was a great place to stay. Sits right on the beach, nice pool, great staff that took care of things promptly. We had a hard a garden suite that was on the ground floor. The suite had everything you need including washer and dryer. There is a sister resort called the Blue Haven which we had full access to. Shuttle service is available to and from. Food options were good and quite tasty. The is a fitness center, however quite small. I think they should expand the fitness center but overall resort was awesome.

Visited with 3 kids (all under 5), and we were happy with our experience. The beach and the pool were the favorites. We also loved the fact that we were able to visit Blue Heaven resort being a sister property, and had fun there. One could argue for more (& somewhat better) food options, but then again it's probably preference. For those traveling with little kids, it would be worth packing a few boxes of their favorite Mac n Cheese and other items they like. Other than that, it was a relaxing affair overall.
