It was a reasonably priced hotel in a safe area, but also an older building and it shows. Rust on bedside lamp, chipped paint on bathroom mirror. Breakfast was excellent. My biggest issue was that their system somehow marked me as checked out early in the morning. Because if that, housekeeping proceeded to bang on my door and try to open it every 30 minutes well before the 12pm check out time.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Baymeadows. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
