Amazing stay, clean room and bathroom with breakfast included, staff was always warm and welcoming, they held our bags before our check in time and after our check out time which was awesome. My only issue was the crackheads outside and very close to the entrance of the hotel.

Pros: Price was very good. Beds were clean. Property kept moderately well. Staff was helpful most of the times, location is really good - walking distance to some good areas such as St. Denis restaurant lane, chinatown, and the waterside ferris wheel area straight down St. Denis. Shopping center - need an uber or public transportation. Nice complementary coffee machine in dining area to make lattes, expressos, regular coffee, hot chocolate, etc and available all day and evening! Cons: Bathroom had mold around tub, room size was very small for four as the description was not accurate, breakfast was good but you had to wait significantly if you had two or more travelers with you - no hot food items except coffee. AC was supposedly central and as good at times, but warm at other times. If you are to stay here, opt for the 300 sqft room or better!
