Staff really helpful and friendly who drove us to the taxi rank when we were leaving as traffic was unable to stop outside…because we were a stone’s throw from the Hagia Sofia!! They also were a great assistance in arranging a very early transportation from Istanbul hotel ottoman to the airport for a flight to Sofia Bulgaria and did a wonderful job including packing me a lunch since I would miss breakfast that day. My Wife, who is mobility impaired, and I just spent six nights at this hotel. The staff could have not been more accommodating. They took us back and forth to all of the Mosques, museums, restaurants, shops, parking garages in their golf cart. They arranged excursions, which were perfect. Hotel standards, including food, were top level. They checked on us constantly. Location was perfect. Our thanks to this very professional staff and management.
