Rooms were clean, staff were excellent. Only issue was there was always a queue for breakfast in the morning which resulted in two of the days us having to skip breakfast as the queue was too long

Great Hotel. Like all other Hotels in Dubai serivce is exceptional, Valet for free, nice clean spacious rooms. We loved the sushi bar that was open when we arrived late at night and the breakfast was great - we did not order breakfast ahead of time and were offered to have it for a reduced and reasonable price.

The room was great and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was a big let down. The breakfast seemed like a compromise - the location was cramped and dimly lit. There were long queues. Once inside you were running a maze between tables and chairs. Saw one accident on each day of our stay - coffee spilling, plates dropping etc.
The breakfast experience totally killed the experience as it’s the start of the day and you look forward to a peaceful breakfast in a well lit space in such a property.
