This property is located in a good neighborhood, quiet but near main shopping mall in Santiago. A little bit old but nice. People very kind a very clean. Breakfast was good but with few options

The maids were nice, but the front end staff messed up our reservation, claiming we had reserved only 1 room and changed us extra for the 2nd room. Next morning they miraculously had found the original reservation but now did not want to refund the extra night they had charged. Expedia could not help, citing this was the hotel's policy (technically correct, as the extra night had not been booked through Expedia). This also made us quite suspicious of leaving the $100 security deposit. But since it was 2AM we were out of options. It looks like the deposit was later released. The Breakfast buffet was quite good. Standards of rooms and hallways I would say "worn down" - obviously in need of re-flooring, re-painting. Internet was a bit on and off; coverage a little on the spotty side but speed was ok when in range. I'd recommend staying away due to the front desk mess and policies. Or at least make sure to not pay anything directly to the hotel, only through Expedia.

Minha experiência com o hotel foi péssima. * água do chuveiro não esquentava * café da manhã só tinha pão e ovo * Não tinha frigobar no quarto * o ar condicionado não funcionou * No final da estadia queriam me cobrar por duas toalhas, segundo eles estavam manchadas e no caso era um toalha de pano de chão e a outra de rosto. E não existia manchas nas toalhas somente sujeira por ser pano de chão.

Um local muito bom em providencia perto de tudo tranquilo, funcionários super atenciosos, mais o que deixou a desejar sao a cama do quarto , afunda muito no meio colchão mole, mas o quarto muito bom com conzinha que ta pra fazer merenda almoço janta, o que deixou a desejar para mim foi so a situação da cama!

Vi muitos comentários ruins sobre o Nogales, contudo tive uma ótima experiência. O antendimento do hotel foi bom do início ao fim. O quarto são enormes, limpos e organizados. O café da manhã também foi muito bom, embora não seja uma banquete, não deixa a desejar. Meu quarto foi limpo todos os dias, e roupas de cama e toalhas trocados a cada dois dias. A observação que faço é que o hotel cobra uma taxa de segurança de $50 durante o checkin como garantia para se algo no quarto for danificado pelo hóspede, se durante o checkout estiver tudo ok esse valor é devolvido. E é claro, se o hóspede consumir as bebidas, doces e salgados que vem no frigobar, serão cobrados no checkout.

Quarto amplo, cozinha equipada com micro-ondas e talheres, banheiro ok com banheira. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, entramos quarto ja estava sujo, com lixo no beiral da janela, coisas no chão, fui ao banheiro descanso e voltei com pé sujo de andar no banheiro. Sem ar condicionado, colocaram um portátil que jogava ar quente junto com ar frio. Mas muito bem localizado. Café da manhã bem básico, até manteiga chegou a faltar, mas com opções de pães, frios, bebidas frias.

Excelente estadia, quarto grande com ótimo chuveiro e café da manhã maravilhoso. Todos atendem muito bem. Ao meu entender um ponto a melhorar seria a troca do colchão no quarto 315 q fiquei, pois está afundado e causa dores nas costas. Somente essa ressalva

Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, ao parecer esquecerem de fazer uma limpeza no quarto, um cheiro a húmido, faltando um pouco de ventilação no local, banheiro todo sujo. foi reclamado na recepção das condições do quarto e logo foi resolvido, porem fica a sensação que a cama só foi estendida, sem a troca dos lençóis. cabelos e falta de limpeza no banheiro, mesmo depois de ter reclamado, como estava cansado, ficou por isso mesmo. na hora do check-in, outra turista esta reclamando pela mesma situação, falta de higiene no banheiro.
