I got bedbugs here on the 9th floor 2 nights ago. I think it was handled professionally by the staff. I filled out an incident report, sent them photos of my numerous bites, and they moved me to another room within an hour. I asked them to do my laundry for me so I didn't cross-contaminate the rest of my suitcase, since I'm only halfway thru a 2 week trip. It took some demanding and pressure to make that happen (just one load of laundry), but after a little bit of pressure they took care of it, communicated well, and dropped off my washed, dried, and folded laundry in my room for me. I would have liked to have my room comped for that night's stay.

Great hotel, room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The woman who checked me in was especially friendly, despite it being a very busy time. Aside from some confusion when checking out regarding waived resort fee benefit from Expedia, which was handled quickly, the stay was awesome. We are excited to stay here again for DC Gay Pride weekend.
