Gorgeous hotel in great location. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pool only has about 3 seats around it and they told me that they couldn’t bring another chair out so I couldn’t really sit next to it/use it. Otherwise, lovely hotel and very good price.

Great location can walk straight into the nice side streets to start exploring. We hired a car and was busy area to navigate but was greeted with a member of staff who helped with bags and parked my car for me. Was a nice touch. Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese. Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:) We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city.

Everything was perfect ,Reception ,My room with a view on 15.th floor ,Jazz night at the lobby ( No music charge for hotel customers ) ,location ( restaurants,coffees around ,Price was reasonable ,Award winner restaurant at the roof ( Mikla ) .3 fast elevator ..the only problem is car parking ,If you leave to the valet ok but if you want to park by yourself electrical cars is not allowed at their garage ..I will definitely come again .Thanks ❤️❤️😻

We always stay at the hotel in Istanbul as the staff is nice and the location is perfect for overnight traveling. My only dissatisfaction is that the offer paid upgrades, meaning that there are rooms available, however we have never been upgraded as a VIP Expedia member.

The room was clean with great views over the marmara sea and towards the asian side. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. There’s robes and slippers. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion were all zero parabens and zero soap. We weren’t able to use the pool as it was already cold and they have closed it for the season now. We did not include breakfast with our booking as we intended to eat out for most of the stay. The location of the hotel is just one street away from istiklal street and a few minutes walk to the galata tower and area which is so busy and buzzing at night. Amazing as its very close to everything. The karakoy tram to get to sultanahmet is also short walking distance downhill. Great stay. Will be back again, hopefully when there is a bosphorus view room available.

The Property has a different design and is well kept. The room where we stayed was on the rotating tower, it spins around providing you with different views. Breakfast is amazing with many selections to choose from. The cons…. We felt in a Motel instead of a 5 Star Hotel. Staff is scarce. Upon our arrival after a long motorcycle ride, we went to the sea to cool off and watch the sunset. Although they have a bar by the sea (BTW no sand beach, but rock’s cliff), service is offer until 7:00 PM Sunset now is about 9:00 PM. While they say CLOSED, the staff was drinking and smoking, while we were thirsty. We moved to the pool looking for something to drink, a long walk to the cafeteria bar. At 11:30 PM we got a call advising us that someone was on the way to the room to collect money o CC for the drinks by the pool. We just simply opted to spend our time in Antalya out of the hotel just to avoid more frustrations. The worst part of all, I paid top money for a 5 Star hotel, just to get a mediocre service with a hotel nearly empty.
