Had a family room, with a bathroom lock that didn't lock. The bidet was difficult to use and bathroom sink very small. AC was weak and the hotel itself was not very clean. Entertainment was very good though, and hotel location was also good. Few things need to be fixed to make it a very good stay.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay in the Argana Hotel. The rooms were to a good standard, modern and clean. Breakfast and dinner were good. Although the dinner only provided water as drinks. Pool was decent. The only let down was the internet which was very unreliable. I’ve stayed in other local hotels where the internet was decent. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Dining room and pool were overcrowded resulting in a less pleasant experience. Shower wouldn't work properly. Hotel location good and public areas were attractive. Facilities such as complimentary beach towels and private beach area wirg sunbeds were good.

Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. Didn’t do anything much until asked to speak to manager! One of the staff was helpful Kareema.

Room very tired and in need of renovation. Hotel staff are its best assets as they are very helpful, friendly and efficient. However the hotel itself is disappointing and we won’t be returning.
