Staff could be seen everywhere - all were nice and helpful. The pool had tiles falling off in multiple places. The pools are very small and the outdoor only has ladder access. Our room was decent, but there were stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, holes in the curtains and the floor lamp was broken. It was OK.

Both the indoor and outdoor pool were so fun!! And it is truly RIGHT on the beach, very convenient. I would like to mention though, the hotel restaraunt charges $75 for a family of 4 to participate in a buffet style breakfast with mediocre food... so maybe dont stay here if you're specifically looking for a hotel that offers breakfast at a decent price. It was less expensive for us to drive out to a restaraunt than it was to go right down stairs to the buffet. Overall it was a very nice stay in a quiet, comfortable, clean room and I had a spectacular time! The ONLY downside is the restaraunt is overpriced for the quality of food offered.
