Male receptionist on the Thursday when we arrived was excellent the lady on reception when we left on the Sunday was bad - anything you asked for was a major inconvenience and the taxi she booked to take us to the airport was 30 mins late - she couldn’t care less! Single room was perfect for one person! Note that the single rooms don’t have a mini bar/ fridge. Room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The front desk is staffed 24/7. Location is very central. The roof was lovely to sit on in the evening & has a bar until 11pm. The breakfast was great. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler!
