The stay was wonderful, I have stayed at the Royal Mirage previously- this was my 6th visit The staff are amazing, in particular the reception staff Nagoua in particular was amazing. Lovely service overall and the location is brilliant for quick walk into downtown and Medina

J’ai choisi cet hôtel plutôt qu’un autre pour passer quelques nuits, mais à mon arrivée, l’accueil a été très décevant. La personne à la réception m’a ignoré, m’a demandé sèchement d’aller m’asseoir, puis a continué à discuter au téléphone sans me calculer. Heureusement, le bagagiste a pris le relais et s’est montré professionnel, mais ce n’est clairement pas l’accueil que j’attendais.

Ma note n’est pas représentative du séjour mais J’ai été tellement déçu des bruits nocturne de cet hôtel entre les personnes qui jouent du piano certain soir, un musicien qui joue dans le hall un autre soir, et un bar au Rez de chaussée ou devrais je dire une discothèque compte tenu du volume de la musique je peux pas dire que je sois satisfait de l’hôtel mirage deluxe, L’hôtel est vieillissant rien de luxueux à l'exception de son hall d’entré qui est très beau. Le dernier soir l’hôtel a laissé le bar diffuser sa musique au volume max jusqu’à 1h30 nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6h autant dire que la nuit a été courte malgré nos plaintes à partir de 23h30 nous n’avons eu aucune indemnisation et aucune réponse à mon mail de réclamation auprès du responsable. Hôtel et fête ne sont pas compatible sans une isolation respectable nous ne sommes pas venu faire un spring break ou fêter le carnaval
