The hotel is in a suburb location, gorgeous view of pyramid from your bedroom. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Nice ambiance in terrace restaurant and good food. Hotel Manager Mohamad Abdo went out of his way to provide personal service for our comfort. He is very helpful and help us organize our tour. The hotel is still in final stage of its completion. Though some are clean some deep cleaning required to have immaculate touch.

No smoking room not avail. All hotel is a smoking area. There was wifi in our room, and when it worked, it was fine. It took 5 minutes for the log-in screen to appear and the Internet connection faded in and out over an hour long session. I complained to the front desk about seeing a rat in the hallway at 0730 and even took a photo of the hole in the wall that it crawled through - and showed it to them. No response. The pillows were very hard, clean, but hard. Amenities in the room (coffee, water, towels) were scarce. At the time of booking, Expedia listed this hotel as a 4-star, although 3 weeks later it was shown as a 3.5 star. Although it has the building and the expansive lobby, and 3 reception halls (for very loud weddings), there is little else to justify a 4 star rating. We had to nag the front desk for several days to get room service. There is ongoing construction in many rooms throughout the hotel, and this leaves dust and debris in the hallways. Despite our best care, this dirt ended up tracking into our hotel room. We had to nag the front office just to have our carpet cleaned. Breakfast is provided, but it is a non-Western breakfast, offering salad, beans, a boiled egg and bread. No butter, yoghurt or fruit, once no coffee! The pickings were slim. Stairwells plugged with garbage. Mohamed Abdu (Reservations Manager) can get things done, including side trips (cash only) while the other staff don’t seem to care.

The best thing about this hotel was Mohamed Abdo service. He always was available for any inquiries. The hotel needs a lot of TLC and more detail on the cleaning, they don't leave enough bath towels and internet is not available in the room only lobby and is not the best. Location is good if you want to visit the pyramids and spinx. But you won't find a lot of shops, restaurants or markets around. The area is safe. always police around.

Mohammed was a scam artist, was quoted one price for pcr test and tours and then everything was not as it seem, very sneaking individual with the double talk, If it wasn't for Chico at the MBC cafe this hotel would have been a nightmare!!! No hot water, no towels, no toilet tissue only on request, the free breakfast was disappointing, the internet service was horrible and lots of shady men in the lobby trying to get you to buy unnecessary items. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
