This hotel would be generally quite nice. The rooms appear recently renovated, with stylish interior and quite comfortable beds. Everything was clean. However, there were a few hiccups during our stay. For example, our request for accessible accommodation was ignored without any comment. During our whole stay, one of the two elevators in the main entry was out of order, and there was apparently no effort to fix it soon.

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to Royal Palace and lots of public transport. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff friendly, professional and approachable. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choices at breakfast. Supermarkets within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.

Excellent location for our needs. Fair price. We would stay there again if in Oslo. Room was clean. Staff friendly, including very helpful cleaning staff. Breakfast was more limited than other Scandic's we stayed at (there were five others) but the price charged was considerably less. For a senior couple trying to keep costs down in an expensive country, it was two big thumbs-up! Beautiful country, beautiful people...

A very pleasant hotel close to the centre of Oslo. Nationaltheatret station is about 5 minutes walk away and a Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Close to the harbour - again about a 7/8 minute walk. Decent sized and clean room. Comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options - only downside was the lack of a second coffee machine meaning sometimes there was a queue at the machine in the mornings. Overall a good choice of hotel with a central location

This is a very run down hotel. The decor is stained and dirty. The door are splintered. The bathrooms are dingy with dripping taps. Outside the hotel was dirty with weeds and with evidence of drug users. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly but the hotel needs a serious renovation.
